FAÇADE READERS

1. Why FAÇADE Eyewear are “like no others”?

FAÇADE Eyewears is a unique product with Function, Style, and Quality. Unlike conventional readers, all FAÇADE Eyewear stays on top of the head or around the neck ready for use anytime anywhere. You never have to look for a pair of glasses again when you need them. Our patented one-piece FAÇADE Eyewear is made all in one-piece without screws or hinges, virtually unbreakable and stylish to wear without a granny chain. Our three-piece eyewear has the same function with our one-piece eyewear, except it is foldable and easy to store. Functional and sleek designs of FAÇADE Readers are made with high quality, light and durable Aspheric Polycarbonate lenses and Swiss Memory frames.

2. Are FAÇADE Readers Rx-able?

Though FAÇADE lenses are prescription quality, we do not offer a prescription service or at this time. To make your FAÇADE Readers as prescription glasses, please contact your local optometrist; however, we regret that FAÇADE Eyewear that has been altered, such as the lens replacement done by others, will not be covered under our limited manufacturer’s warranty.

3. How do I find out my optical strength?

Click here to view and print an eye chart to help you determine which strength is right for you. Please measure the distance approximately 14 inches between your eyes and the printed eye chart without glasses. Ready-to-wear non-prescription glasses are not intended to replace prescribed corrective lenses or examinations by an eyecare professional. Continuous eye check-ups are necessary to determine your eye health status and vision needs.

4. How do I maintain the original FAÇADE Readers unique frame shape?

Our frames are made with Swiss material Grilamid TR-90, which has the built-in memory function, and under normal use, it maintains the original shape for the life of eyewear; however, depending on the environment, such as temperature change, levels of memory function could vary. We recommend that you would keep them in the original packaging when they are not being used. Grilamid TR-90 contains no plasticizer and resists cosmetic chemicals and perspiration

5. Do FAÇADE Readers come in difference sizes?

FAÇADE Readers are unisex and come in only one size; they are designed to fit the features of most men and women in the world.

6. How should I clean FAÇADE Readers?

FAÇADE Readers can be cleaned with the optical lens cleaner using a microfiber cloth. The entire FAÇADE Readers can also be washed gently with water and mild dish soap and drip dry or dry with a clean microfiber cloth. Using a dry cloth alone to clean the lenses may scratch the lenses.

7. What is the best way to reach the customer service?

We encourage our customers to contact us through e-mail address found on "Contact Us" page as a primary method of communication in effort to keep the costs of our products down. However, if you prefer to talk to us, please give us a call at (800) 616-7002, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, Pacific Standard Time. We will be happy to respond to your e-mail or call within 24 hours.

 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

8. How can I track the status of my order?

Once you receive a notice of shipment, you can track your order online by signing in to your account.

9. What if I lost the original shipping box, original packaging, packing slip, or sales receipt for return?

If you lost the original shipping box, you may return the FAÇADE Eyewear in a comparable shipping box; however, all FAÇADE Eyewear must be returned in the original packaging in the new condition for a full refund or exchange. For a returned item without the original packaging, packing slip, or a sales receipt, we offer exchange only.

10. What if you purchased or received FAÇADE Readers as a gift?

We offer exchange only for a gift. If you would like to exchange a gift, please go to www.facadestyle.com/returns and obtain a return shipping label and authorization. We offer free shipping for the first replacement of gifted items only. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will request your payment information for the return shipping cost. If the replacement item is backordered, you will be notified immediately.
FAÇADE Readers are warranted to the recipient of a gift up to one year from the original purchase date if they are shipped directly to the recipient and up to one year and 30 days from the original purchase date if they are shipped to the original purchaser specifying as a gift at the time of purchase. All returns must follow our return and exchange procedure.

11. How am I billed for multiple exchanges?

We offer free standard shipping and handling for the original order only. Each return shipment cost of $7.99 will be applied to your original method of payment account. If the item is backordered, you will be notified immediately.

12. How will the backordered item be charged?

Your payment information at the time of order is for the authorization of payment on your payment account. Your backordered item will be shipped to you once it becomes available. You will not be charged for any item that we have not completed the shipping and handling process. The return and exchange period for backordered items is 30 days from the date we notified the shipment, and the charges will be posted to your original method of payment account.

13. What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Once you placed the order for in-stock items, shipping and handling process will start immediately, you will not be able to make any changes, and the charges will be posted on your original method of payment account. We offer free standard shipping and handling for the original order and the first replacement item only. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.

14. What is the sales tax?

There is no sales tax charged except on orders shipped to California residents.

15. Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal through the Internet and Telesales.

16. Safe and Secure Shopping

The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider immediately in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
